This house was inspected for a client who did not obtain a handover inspection prior to settlement. He requested us to conduct a building inspection (5 years later) as he was concerned with some moisture damage throughout the dwelling. What we found was faulty waterproofing in the bathroom, plumbing defects and the roof missing part of a roof sheet (as seen below) as well as other roof defects.
