"I was making a purchase from Sydney in lockdown and spent some time researching and interviewing for a good building and pest company before I settled on Ross Building Group because I knew I had to rely heavily on the report to make a purchase decision.

Thanks so much for your Inspections on a couple of properties we were interested in, without Steve being so thorough we would have ended up owing nothing but troubles with one of them. Eventually we found a house in good condition with owners willing to negotiate on any troubles Steve had found - so it was a good outcome for us.

Thank you for inspecting our new home at 18 San Marino Way Zilzie. Although it is virtually a brand new home, the inspection picked up a number of minor faults which went unnoticed by the real estate agent and other people who visited the property. Living interstate made it very hard for us to check it out and so we enlisted the #1 inspector in the region. The real estate agent was none too happy when we told him who would be carrying out the inspection and waited nervously for us to call him after the inspection was completed. I contacted RBG to perform a Pre-purchase Building & Pest Inspection on a property I was contemplating on purchasing.   I spoke with Narelle who was very polite & efficient on the phone, to organise an inspection booking.
